For all paid service subscriptions, "one month" is defined as follows:
Basic calculation: From the start date to the day before the corresponding date of the following month.
If the following month has no corresponding date: The subscription period will end on the last day of that month.
If effective on the last day of the month: The subscription period ends on the last day of the following month.
All "quarterly" subscriptions are calculated as three consecutive months using the above method. Unless we agree to special arrangements, all fees are non-refundable once paid.
The distribution and commercial use of exercises, materials, and other content created or obtained through the Exercise Generator & Library are subject to the following restrictions based on your subscription plan:

"Commercial purposes" includes but is not limited to: tutoring services where compensation is received (monetary or otherwise) or conducted as part of a professional tutoring business, use in educational institutions where tuition or fees are charged, training programs operated for profit, or any other activity where you or your organization receives compensation. Volunteer tutoring activities where no compensation is received are not considered commercial use.
Non-Transferability of Rights
The rights granted under any subscription plan are personal to the subscriber and non-transferable. Recipients of distributed content do not acquire or inherit the distributor's subscription rights. Any individual who receives content from a subscriber may use such content solely for their own personal, non-commercial purposes, unless such individual maintains their own active subscription plan that independently grants them commercial use or distribution rights.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of ACEssment Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:
Through ACEssment Services, you may use generative artificial intelligence technology to create educational materials. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you should carefully review AI-generated content. Content generated by you through ACEssment Services using AI technology does not represent the position of ACEssment. ACEssment is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
Educational materials provided by ACEssment may contain fictional scenarios or discrepancies with facts to make the materials suitable for teaching purposes or difficulty requirements. Fictional content or modifications to descriptions of real people, events, or things in such materials are for educational purposes and do not represent the views or opinions of ACEssment. Educational materials content provided by ACEssment should not be regarded as professional advice, news reports, or any formal information. ACEssment is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the educational materials content provided. Educational materials content does not represent the position of ACEssment.
